Key Terms:

1) Definitions

1.1 “Customer” means a natural person aged 18 years or above who enrols in the Plan after completing KYC as required by law and by Sadashri jewelkart.
1.2 “Plan” means the 30-day daily instalment promotional purchase-assist program offered by Sadashri jewelkart under these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 “Enrolment Date” means the calendar date on which the Customer’s first instalment is successfully paid and reconciled by Sadashri jewelkart.
1.4 “Plan Window” means the period from (and including) the Enrolment Date through the next 29 calendar days (total 30 calendar days).
1.5 “Redemption Window” means the 15 calendar days immediately following the Customer’s last valid payment under the Plan.
1.6 “Store Bonus” / “Waiver” means the promotional value applied against an eligible invoice on successful completion/qualification under Clause 3; it is not cash, legal tender, or interest.
1.7 “Grace Window” means any store-declared grace facility (if offered) for late/missed instalments, which may affect eligibility and benefits as per these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Enrolment

2.1 The Plan is open only to Indian residents aged 18+ with a valid mobile number and government-issued ID.
2.2 KYC must be completed as required by applicable laws and store policy; PAN is mandatory where legally required (e.g., invoices ≥ 50,000 or other statutory thresholds).
2.3 By enrolling, the Customer confirms the source of funds is lawful, not borrowed from third parties for the purpose of this Plan, and not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
2.4 The Enrolment Date is deemed Day 1 of the Plan.
2.5 The Plan is offered only to individuals; entities/HUFs/trusts/NRIs are excluded unless expressly permitted in writing and compliant with law.

3) Tenure & Payments

3.1 Tenure: 30 calendar days (the Plan Window).
3.2 Daily instalment amount: Customer-selected in whole amounts within 100 – 5,000 or higher as permitted by the store at enrolment; once selected, the instalment amount cannot be altered for that Plan Window.
3.3 Target: 30 consecutive daily payments. Up to 2 non-consecutive misses are allowed if at least 28 days are successfully paid within the Plan Window.
3.4 Payment modes: UPI / net-banking; standing instructions/autopay are recommended. Card/UPI mandates are subject to network rules.
3.5 Payment posting: Payments are credited on bank settlement; instructions given near midnight or on non-banking days may post on the next banking day.
3.6 Autopay failure: If autopay fails thrice during the Plan Window, the mandate may be disabled and the Customer must pay manually; failures/misses may affect qualification.
3.7 Reconciliation & chargebacks: Any chargeback or reversal voids the affected day; Sadashri jewelkart may suspend Plan benefits until resolution.

4) Qualification & Bonus

4.1 Qualification threshold: at least 28 paid days within the 30-day Plan Window.
4.2 Bonus on 30/30: On completing 30 paid days, a Store Bonus equal to 100% of one day’s instalment ([Enter X]) is credited to the Plan for use at redemption.
4.3 If only 28–29 days are paid: the Customer must top-up to 30 days before redemption to receive the full bonus.
4.4 Manager-level early redemption: At Day 29, an early redemption may be allowed at store discretion; terms and bonus (if any) will be computed per actual days/amounts paid and any required top-up.

5) Redemption

5.1 Single-invoice redemption: Redemption is permitted once, via one invoice only, within the 15-day Redemption Window starting from the last valid instalment; partial redemption is not permitted.
5.2 Application of bonus: The Store Bonus/waiver is applied before taxes & certification fees. It is not encashable, not transferable, and any unutilised bonus value is forfeited on that invoice.
5.3 Eligible categories:

  • Diamond & gemstone-studded gold jewellery
  • Plain gold jewellery (14K/18K/22K)
  • Gold coins
  • Silver articles & jewellery
  • Ready-to-ship designs (unless excluded below)

5.4 Ineligible categories:

  • Gift cards/credits
  • Loose solitaires above store threshold
  • Repairs/services unless specifically allowed in writing

5.5 No split billing: Redemption cannot be split across multiple invoices or dates.

6) Pricing & Rate Policy

6.1 No price locks. The final invoice is billed strictly as per the billing-day applicable gold rate, making/setting charges, certification and applicable taxes.
6.2 The bonus value is fixed at [Enter X] (one daily instalment) only upon Plan completion per Clause 4.
6.3 Taxes/levies: GST, hallmark/certification and other statutory levies apply on the gross as per law on the date of billing.
6.4 TCS/TDS (if applicable): Any tax collection at source or withholding applicable to jewellery sales will be collected as required by law.

7) Early Exit & Refunds

7.1 Early exit (<28 days): If the Customer cancels the Plan or completes fewer than 28 paid days, the principal paid is refunded to the original payment mode, without interest/bonus, within T+5–7 working days after processing.
7.2 No partial encashment: Plans cannot be “partially encashed”; redemption is only as per Clause 5.
7.3 System/clerical errors: Sadashri jewelkart may correct any clerical/system posting errors and reverse or adjust wrongly applied benefits after notifying the Customer.

8) Combining Offers

8.1 The Plan may be clubbed with most ongoing promotions unless a specific offer disallows stacking.
8.2 Sadashri jewelkart reserves the right to limit stacking/clubbed benefits at its discretion.

9) Multiple Plans & Invoices

9.1 Multiple Plans per mobile number are permitted; however, only one scheme bonus per invoice is allowed.
9.2 Redemption from multiple active Plans cannot be combined into more than one invoice per Plan.

10) Communications, E-Records & Privacy

10.1 The Customer is responsible for keeping contact details current.
10.2 The Customer consents to receiving plan-related communications via SMS/WhatsApp/phone/email.
10.3 E-records & logs maintained by Sadashri jewelkart (including payment logs, timestamps and account statements) are valid evidence of payments, communications and redemption.
10.4 Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023: By enrolling, the Customer consents to processing of personal data for KYC, fraud monitoring, servicing the Plan and legal compliance as per the Store Privacy Notice available at [Enter Privacy Notice URL]. Data will be processed and retained in accordance with applicable law.

11) Misuse, Fraud & Errors

11.1 In case of suspected misuse, fraud or system error, Sadashri jewelkart may suspend, freeze, withdraw, or reverse Plan benefits, seek additional KYC, and take appropriate action including reporting to competent authorities.
11.2 Benefits wrongly availed due to error/misrepresentation are recoverable and may be adjusted against future invoices.

12) Policy Changes & Force Majeure

12.1 Sadashri jewelkart may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Plan or benefits with prior public notice where feasible.
12.2 Any amendment will not reduce accrued rights for Plans already completed unless required by law.
12.3 Force majeure: Benefits may be delayed/impacted by events beyond reasonable control including acts of God, regulatory actions, network/banking outages, strikes, epidemics, etc.

13) Disputes, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
13.2 All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts/tribunals at Bengaluru.
13.3 Escalation & Grievance Officer:

  • First level: Store Manager, Sadashri jewelkart, [Enter Store Address], [Enter Store Phone], [Enter Store Email]
  • Grievance Officer: [Enter Name], [Enter Email], [Enter Phone]. Acknowledge within 48 hours, endeavour to resolve within 7–15 working days.
    13.4 Optional (if you want arbitration): Disputes not resolved through the above may be referred to sole arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; seat and venue: Bengaluru; language: English. [Enter whether this clause is retained or deleted before publishing]

14) Payment Modes & Regulatory Limits

14.1 Accepted payment modes: UPI / net-banking; standing instructions/autopay recommended.
14.2 Cash transactions (if accepted) will comply with Section 269ST of the Income-tax Act, 1961 and any other legal limits; transactions breaching limits may be refused/reversed.
14.3 Sadashri jewelkart may decline or refund any payment that appears to breach law, network rules or store policy.

15) Exclusions & Inclusions

15.1 Exclusions: Gift cards/credits; loose solitaires above store threshold; repairs/services unless specifically allowed.
15.2 Inclusions: Jewels, bespoke orders, gold coins, and eligible categories per Clause 5.3 subject to stock, design availability and store policy.

16) AML/KYC Compliance

16.1 The Customer agrees to provide documents/information reasonably required for compliance with Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 and allied rules/notifications applicable to dealers in precious metals/stones.
16.2 Sadashri jewelkart may decline, suspend or terminate participation if KYC/AML requirements are not met or if risk thresholds are exceeded.

17) Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

17.1 The Plan is a promotional purchase-assist program, not a deposit, savings or investment scheme; no interest is payable.
17.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadashri jewelkart’s aggregate liability is limited to the instalments actually received under the Plan and, where applicable, the bonus/waiver strictly as per these Terms.
17.3 Product warranties (if any) are as per manufacturer/certifier terms; normal wear and tear exclusions apply.
17.4 Illustrations in brochures/calculators are indicative/educational; final invoice values depend on live rates, design selection and statutory levies on the billing date.

18) Errors & Corrections

18.1 Sadashri jewelkart may correct typographical/system errors in Plan records and invoices and reverse/adjust any unintended benefits, with notice to the Customer.
18.2 Store records are conclusive evidence of payments/Plan status unless a manifest error is shown.

19) Boilerplate

19.1 Severability: If any provision is found invalid/unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.
19.2 No Waiver: Any failure or delay to enforce a provision does not operate as a waiver.
19.3 Assignment: The Customer may not assign/transfer the Plan or benefits.
19.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms together with the enrolment confirmation constitute the entire agreement for the Plan.
19.5 Notices: Public notices may be issued via in-store displays, website/app, SMS/email or social channels as appropriate.

20) Acknowledgement

By enrolling and paying the first instalment, the Customer accepts and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, the Store Privacy Notice ([Enter Privacy Notice URL]), and any operational rules communicated by Sadashri jewelkart from time to time, subject to applicable law.
