Key Terms:
1) Definitions
1.1 “Customer” means a natural person aged 18 years or above who enrols in the Plan after completing KYC as required by law and by Sadashri jewelkart.
1.2 “Plan” means the 10-month monthly-instalment metal gram savings program offered by Sadashri jewelkart under these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 “Enrolment Date” means the calendar date on which the Customer’s first monthly instalment is successfully paid and reconciled by Sadashri jewelkart.
1.4 “Plan Window” means the period from (and including) the Enrolment Date through the 10th monthly due date, subject to Clause 3.
1.5 “Due Date” means the monthly calendar date chosen at enrolment on which the instalment falls due each month.
1.6 “Grace Window” means the five (5) days immediately following each Due Date during which a late payment may be accepted as per Clause 3.
1.7 “Store Bonus” / “Waiver” means the promotional value applied against an eligible invoice on successful completion/qualification under Clause 5; it is not cash, legal tender, or interest.
1.8 “Metal Rate” means the same-day publicly published rate used for gram crediting per Clause 4: 22K/916 for gold or 999 for silver, exclusive of making/wastage/taxes, as notified by Sadashri jewelkart and sourced from [Enter Official Rate Source/URL].
1.9 “Redemption Window” means the 30 calendar days immediately following completion of Month 10.
2) Eligibility & Enrolment
2.1 The Plan is open only to Indian residents aged 18+ with a valid mobile number and government-issued ID.
2.2 KYC must be completed as required by applicable laws and store policy; PAN is mandatory where legally required (e.g., invoices ≥ ₹50,000 or other statutory thresholds).
2.3 By enrolling, the Customer confirms the source of funds is lawful, not borrowed from third parties for the purpose of this Plan, and not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
2.4 The Enrolment Date is deemed Month 1 of the Plan.
2.5 The Plan is offered only to individuals; entities/HUFs/trusts/NRIs are excluded unless expressly permitted in writing and compliant with law.
3) Tenure, Instalment & Due Date
3.1 Tenure: 10 months.
3.2 Monthly instalment amount: Customer-selected in whole amounts of ₹1,000 or higher as permitted by the store at enrolment; once selected, the instalment amount cannot be changed mid-plan.
3.3 Due date & grace: The Due Date repeats monthly; a 5-day Grace Window applies each month. Payments beyond the Grace Window are treated as missed for that month.
3.4 Payment modes: UPI / net-banking; standing instructions/autopay recommended. Card/UPI mandates are subject to network rules.
3.5 Autopay failure: If autopay fails thrice during the Plan Window, the mandate may be disabled and the Customer must pay manually; failures/misses may affect gram crediting and completion bonus.
3.6 Posting & chargebacks: Payments are credited on bank settlement; instructions near midnight/non-banking days may post next banking day. Any chargeback/reversal voids the affected month until resolved.
4) Metal Gram Crediting
4.1 Crediting formula: On each payment date (including any payment within the Grace Window), grams credited = Instalment ÷ same-day Metal Rate (22K/916 for gold or 999 for silver), exclusive of making/wastage/taxes.
4.2 Fractional grams: Crediting allows fractional grams up to three (3) decimals.
4.3 Metal choice: Customer must choose one metal (gold or silver) at enrolment; switching mid-plan is not permitted.
4.4 Rate source & timing: The Metal Rate used will be the store-published rate for the day/time of posting as per internal cut-offs; the store may specify a standard posting time on business days. The rate source is [Enter Official Rate Source/URL].
4.5 Missed month: If no payment is received within the Grace Window, no grams are credited for that month.
5) Completion Bonus
5.1 Successful completion: On successful 10-month completion (10 posted monthly instalments), a Store Bonus equal to 50% of one monthly instalment is credited: [Enter ₹X]/2.
5.2 Bonus application: The bonus/waiver is applied before taxes and on a single invoice during redemption; it is not encashable, not transferable, and cannot be carried forward beyond the Redemption Window.
6) Redemption & Delivery-Day Pricing
6.1 Redemption Window: Within 30 days after Month 10.
6.2 Delivery-day rates: Final invoice uses delivery-day metal rates (gold/silver), making/setting charges, diamonds/gemstones (if any), certification and taxes.
6.3 Conversion of grams: Accumulated grams convert to invoice value at the delivery-day rate; the Customer may purchase eligible products per Clause 7.
6.4 Single-invoice rule: Redemption is on a single invoice only; no split billing or partial redemption of grams across multiple invoices/dates.
7) Eligible Categories & Exclusions
7.1 Eligible:
- Diamond & gemstone-studded gold jewellery
- Plain gold jewellery (14K/18K/22K)
- Silver articles & most silver collections
- Bespoke orders (as accepted by store)
- Gold coins (unless restricted by store policy on the day)
7.2 Exclusions: - Gift cards/credits
- Items above store threshold as notified by the store on the day
- Services/repairs unless specifically allowed in writing
8) Early Exit & Partial Redemption
8.1 Early redemption permitted: The Customer may redeem accumulated grams anytime before Month 10; no completion bonus is payable on early exit.
8.2 Early-exit slabs (illustrative; store policy on redemption day governs):
- Months 1–5: 0% making discount
- Months 6–8: 15% of making
- Months 9–10: 25% of making
- Full 10 months completed: 50% of [Enter ₹X] Bonus Applied (per Clause 5)
8.3 Prevailing policy: Any benefits/discounts on early exit apply per the prevailing early-exit slab communicated by Sadashri jewelkart on the day of redemption; additional terms/conditions may apply.
8.4 No cash/notional refund: Balances are maintained as metal grams; cash/notional refunds are not permitted. Exceptional cases, if any, will follow Sadashri jewelkart policy in force on the date of request.
9) Combining Offers
9.1 The Plan may be clubbed with most in-store promotions unless a specific offer disallows stacking.
9.2 The store may limit stacking/clubbed benefits at its discretion.
10) Multiple Plans
10.1 Multiple Plans are permitted, subject to KYC and store policy.
10.2 Each Plan’s bonus (if applicable) may be applied to one invoice only; Plan redemptions cannot be split across multiple invoices.
11) Communications, E-Records & Privacy
11.1 The Customer must maintain current contact details.
11.2 The Customer consents to receiving plan-related communications via SMS/WhatsApp/phone/email.
11.3 E-records & logs maintained by Sadashri jewelkart (including payment logs, timestamps, gram credit entries and account statements) are valid evidence of payments, grams and redemption.
11.4 DPDP Act (2023): By enrolling, the Customer consents to processing of personal data for KYC, fraud monitoring, servicing the Plan and legal compliance as per the Store Privacy Notice at [Enter Privacy Notice URL].
12) Misuse, Fraud & Errors
12.1 In case of suspected misuse, fraud or system error, Sadashri jewelkart may suspend, freeze, withdraw, or reverse Plan benefits/gram entries, seek additional KYC, and take appropriate action including reporting to competent authorities.
12.2 Benefits wrongly availed due to error/misrepresentation are recoverable and may be adjusted against future invoices.
13) Policy Changes & Force Majeure
13.1 Sadashri jewelkart may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Plan or benefits with prior public notice where feasible.
13.2 Any amendment will not reduce accrued rights for Plans already completed unless required by law.
13.3 Force majeure: Benefits/timelines may be impacted by events beyond reasonable control including acts of God, regulatory actions, banking/network outages, strikes, epidemics, etc.
14) Disputes, Governing Law & Jurisdiction
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
14.2 All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts/tribunals at [Enter City—e.g., Bengaluru].
14.3 Escalation & Grievance Officer:

15) Payment Modes & Regulatory Limits
15.1 Accepted payment modes: UPI / net-banking; standing instructions/autopay recommended.
15.2 Cash transactions (if accepted) will comply with Section 269ST of the Income-tax Act, 1961 and any other legal limits; transactions breaching limits may be refused/reversed.
15.3 Sadashri jewelkart may decline or refund any payment that appears to breach law, network rules or store policy.
16) AML/KYC Compliance
16.1 The Customer agrees to provide documents/information reasonably required for compliance with Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 and allied rules/notifications applicable to dealers in precious metals/stones.
16.2 Sadashri jewelkart may decline, suspend or terminate participation if KYC/AML requirements are not met or if risk thresholds are exceeded.
17) Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
17.1 The Plan is a promotional purchase-assist/savings program in metal grams, not a deposit, savings or investment scheme; no interest is payable.
17.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadashri jewelkart’s aggregate liability is limited to the instalments actually received under the Plan and, where applicable, the bonus/waiver strictly as per these Terms.
17.3 Product warranties (if any) are as per manufacturer/certifier terms; normal wear and tear exclusions apply.
17.4 Illustrations in brochures/calculators are indicative/educational; final invoice values depend on delivery-day rates, design selection and statutory levies on the billing date.
18) Errors & Corrections
18.1 Sadashri jewelkart may correct typographical/system errors in Plan records and invoices and reverse/adjust any unintended benefits/gram entries, with notice to the Customer.
18.2 Store records are conclusive evidence of payments/grams/Plan status unless a manifest error is shown.
19) Boilerplate
19.1 Severability: If any provision is found invalid/unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.
19.2 No Waiver: Any failure or delay to enforce a provision does not operate as a waiver.
19.3 Assignment: The Customer may not assign/transfer the Plan or benefits.
19.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms together with the enrolment confirmation constitute the entire agreement for the Plan.
19.5 Notices: Public notices may be issued via in-store displays, website/app, SMS/email or social channels as appropriate.
20) Acknowledgement
By enrolling and paying the first instalment, the Customer accepts and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, the Store Privacy Notice, and any operational rules communicated by Sadashri jewelkart from time to time, subject to applicable law.
