2) Eligibility & Enrolment

2.1 The Plan is open only to Indian residents aged 18+ with a valid mobile number and government-issued ID.
2.2 KYC must be completed as required by applicable laws and store policy; PAN is mandatory where legally required (e.g., invoices ≥ 50,000 or other statutory thresholds).
2.3 By enrolling, the Customer confirms the source of funds is lawful, not borrowed from third parties for the purpose of this Plan, and not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
2.4 The Plan is offered only to individuals; entities/HUFs/trusts/NRIs are excluded unless expressly permitted in writing and compliant with law.

3) Tenure, Instalment & Grace

3.1 Tenure: 11 months.
3.2 Monthly instalment amount: Customer-selected in whole amounts of 1,000 or higher as permitted by the store at enrolment; once selected, the instalment amount cannot be changed mid-plan.
3.3 Due Date & Grace: The Due Date repeats monthly; a 5-day Grace Window applies each month. Payments beyond the Grace Window are treated as missed for that month.
3.4 Payment modes: UPI / net-banking; standing instructions/autopay recommended. Card/UPI mandates are subject to network rules.
3.5 Autopay failure: If autopay fails thrice during the Plan Window, the mandate may be disabled and the Customer must pay manually; failures/misses may affect eligibility for the Waiver.
3.6 Posting & chargebacks: Payments are credited on bank settlement; instructions near midnight/non-banking days may post next banking day. Any chargeback/reversal voids the affected month until resolved.

4) Pricing & Rate Policy

4.1 No price locks unless specifically offered in writing.
4.2 The final invoice follows redemption-day rates for metal/stone, making/setting (pre-waiver), wastage, certification/hallmark, duties and taxes.
4.3 Indicative making: Any “14% making” shown in illustrations is purely indicative and not a commitment; actual making/setting varies by design, workmanship, karatage, size and complexity.

5) Core Benefit (Waiver)

5.1 Full completion benefit: On successful payment of all 11 instalments, 100% of the making/setting charge on one invoice is waived.
5.2 Scope of waiver: Wastage, metal value, stone value, hallmark/certification, duties and taxes remain payable as per the invoice.
5.3 Single-invoice rule: The Waiver applies only to the making/setting component present on that one invoice; it is not encashable, not transferable, and cannot be split across invoices.

6) Redemption

6.1 Timing: Redemption is permitted after completion of all 11 payments and must be exercised via a single invoice within the store-specified redemption period of [Enter Redemption Window—e.g., 30 days] from the date of the 11th payment.
