Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy

At SadāShrī Jewelkart, we are committed to ensuring your investments retain their value over time. Our Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy applies to gold jewelry, diamond jewelry, silver jewelry, and silver articles under specific terms and conditions.

Gold Jewelry

Buy-Back:

22 Karat & 18 Karat Gold:

100% of the prevailing gold rate will be provided, excluding making charges and taxes.

Gold Coins (24 Karat & 22 Karat):

100% of the prevailing gold rate.

Exchange:

Can be exchanged for new jewelry, where 100% of the gold value is adjusted.

Making charges on the new purchase apply.

Diamond Jewelry

Buy-Back:

Up to 80% of the invoice value for diamond jewelry will be offered, subject to:

The product being returned in its original condition.

Diamonds being intact within the product.

Loose Diamonds or Broken Jewelry:

Loose diamonds or jewelry where diamonds are separated from the original product will not be eligible for buy-back.

Exchange:

Up to 100% of the diamond and gold value (as per prevailing rates) can be adjusted towards new purchases.

Making charges apply on new items.

Silver Jewelry & Articles

Buy-Back:

85% of the prevailing silver rate for silver jewelry and articles.

Exchange:

100% of the silver weight value will be adjusted towards new purchases, excluding making charges and taxes.

Terms & Conditions

1. Original purchase invoice and certificates must be presented for buy-back or exchange.

2. Items must be in their original condition for eligibility.

3. Loose diamonds or broken products are ineligible for buy-back.

4. Loss in weight due to wear and tear will be deducted from the overall value.

5. Taxes, duties, and making charges are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
