Vendor Onboarding Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Onboarding

1.1 Vendors must provide accurate and complete details during registration, including business name, GSTIN, PAN, and bank account details.

1.2 The platform reserves the right to verify the vendor’s identity and documents. Incomplete or inaccurate information may lead to rejection or suspension. 

2. Product Listing 

2.1 Vendors are allowed unlimited product listings.

2.2 All products must adhere to the platform’s quality standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2.3 Vendors must provide complete and accurate product details, including stone value, stone weight, material, and other specifications, at the time of product listing.

2.4 The platform reserves the right to reject, delist, or remove products that violate policies or do not meet quality standards.

3. Platform Charges

3.1 Platform charges are subcategory-based and will be displayed to vendors during product addition.

3.2 Vendors acknowledge and agree to these charges, which will be deducted from payouts.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payments are processed every 15 days after deducting applicable charges (platform charges, TDS, TCS, payment gateway fees, logistics fees).

4.2 Vendors must ensure bank account details are accurate. The platform is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect details.

4.3 Tax Deductions:

-TDS (1% or 5%, as applicable) will be deducted and is claimable during IT filing.

-TCS (1%) will be collected and reflected in GST returns for claiming credit.

5. Logistics and Shipping

5.1 All shipments must use the platform’s partnered logistics services (Sequel and Delhivery).

5.2 Shipping charges depend on weight, location, and product dimensions and will be deducted from payouts.

5.3 Vendors must package products securely to ensure safe transit. The platform or logistics partner will not be responsible for damages caused due to poor packaging.

6. Cancellation and Returns

6.1 Vendors are responsible for accepting returns and handling cancellations as per the platform’s return policy.

6.2 Refunds or replacements due to product quality issues will be managed at the vendor’s cost.

7. Compliance and Taxes

7.1 Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to GST, TDS, and TCS requirements.

7.2 Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate tax records and filing returns on time.

7.3 Non-compliance may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of vendor privileges.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Vendors must ensure all product descriptions, images, and trademarks used are original or licensed.

8.2 The platform is not liable for any disputes arising from intellectual property violations.

9. Product Information Accuracy

9.1 Vendors must provide complete and accurate product details, including stone value, stone, weight, material, and other specifications, at the time of product listing.

9.2 If a customer files a complaint regarding incorrect product information, SadāShrī Jewelkart will investigate the matter.

9.3 If the complaint is found valid and the vendor is proven to have provided inaccurate information, SadāShrī Jewelkart reserves the right to:
-Take corrective action as per applicable laws and regulations.
-Suspend or terminate the vendor’s account if non-compliance persists.

9.4 Vendors agree to cooperate with the platform during such investigations.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:Non-compliance with policies. Providing false information. Breaching legal or quality standards.

10.2 Vendors may request account termination with a 30-day prior notice after clearing any
outstanding dues.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vendor
operations.

11.2 Disputes regarding logistics, payments, or cancellations will be handled per the dispute
resolution policy.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

12.1 The platform reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

12.2 Vendors will be notified of changes and continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms. By registering, vendors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
